I'm a 3rd year film student - I study film theory - the construction of film as visual/text/metaphorical/allegorical and so on... my studies are quite complex as it's all theory (sort of equivalent if not surpasses film critiques).
I've studied all kinds of Cinema - from Hollywood to Bollywood - therefore my knowledge in Cinema is enriched moreover I am able to de-construct a film.
I specialize in La Nouvelle Vague (French New-Wave from the 60's) - Spanish Cinema as well as Polish Cinema of Moral Anexiety (Films that touch on Marshall law in Eastern Europe, more precisely Poland and the de-construction of communism).
My interest in cinema is to address the inner hidden emotions of humans and subvert these emotions through their complex environment. Moreover I try to empower helpless characters by giving them time to explore their own identity as well inflict pain and de-construct their psychology in order to provide a moral lesson to the spectators and this is the reason why I reject high-budget Hollywood productions and work with Neo-Realism, non professional actors, non studio production, mostly shot in the streets of the city to get that realistic feel as opposed to studio productions.
I'm very much influenced by
