Despite the fact he has studied musical theory at the Music School in tunis, classical and pedagogy , the most Bezzine Safwen have learned musically is by himself... First, as akeyboard player in different bands, his musical journey really began in september, 2006, as he entered Perihelium, black metal cover band. In 2008, Safwen is contacted by Apostol, a coverband interpreting death melodic titles, and joins the line-up. Safwen improves his techniques of soloist, studying giants' styles that are Rick Wakeman,Jordan Rudess,Jens Johansen ,Kevin Moore and so many others... In 2009, he got acquainted with great musicians who worship the fusion music! He now teaches piano and puts up different musical projects. "To play the music of the others is a thing ; to play what rings in the head is another one." he orchestrated and records his first album ,a symphonic (oriental/progressive) metal project influenced by Symphony X, Rhapsody, Dream theater, etc.... a second one called Drawing down the moon ,S.B.Y and now he is writing his 4th album. The Prophecy.... He is also a Movies Soundtrack Composer..Dark dramatic atmospheric music for film, TV, trailers and documentaries. Royalty free music, custom music production & sound design for soundtracks from TV, documentary & film music he compose music and sound design for feature film soundtracks and trailers, TV ads, documentaries, video games, dramas, websites, presentations, libraries etc. Dramatic orchestral action, atmospheric and cinematic piano, royalty free music, dark downtempo electronic, ambient soundscapes ,he is composing harsh, spastic noise & ambient industrial soundscapes. he aim to create music that leaves listeners with a sense of loneliness and alienation that often bursts into moments of paranoia and terror, with the futurist bent of constant, abrupt and violent change. articulate sound in many ways, from lazy legato drones to pounding percussion & metallic spikes; shrieking walls of sound and high-pressure hissing...
