8th International Low & No Budget Short Film Festival CLIPAWARD

  • Send us your short features, animations, trash movies, documentaries, music videos, etc. We bring everything on screen that is freaky, crafty, slick, hard-boiled, and witty! Anything is allowed - as long as it's short and cheap!



    As a short film festival for low & no budget productions, ClipAward explicitly addresses independent filmmakers who make films without big money. Therefore, your submissions may not be produced within the scope of media studies and exceed 500€ per minute. The maximum length is 15 minutes. The shorts have to be subtitled in German or English.



    The festival takes place from April 26th-28th, 2013 in the Mannheim Palace, Germany.
