I hate to say this but, there may not be a way to get the dialogue up over the sounds of the street in this clip. You may be able to drop your audio files in to something like Soundforge to help isolate the dialogue and bring it up in the mix, but I don't think it will really help that much. If you were able to shoot this scene again the talent needs to wear lavaliere microphones to pick up there dialogue better and record the street sound on another mic and channel so that you have control over the amount of street noise you want.
