Well about this pictire...
It is the territory of Exhibition of Soviet National Economy in Kostroma. It's look this way now=((( In the Socialism times it was one of the interesting places of Kostroma. There was a few exhibiton halls on it. This building is one of them. And the statue was the monument of soviet worker.
