a pleasure indeed!!  and of course there's nothing wrong with being a "rocker."  looking at your "favorite music list" i can whole heartedly agree with a good few of them.  and even though i don't necessarily write rock music i've definitely played my share of it over the years.  i actually just recently ended up jamming with tom petty's guitar player at this local broadway-house-band-thingy i'm part of.

anyways, pop on over anytime and let me know what's new.

hey there traceysl,

my name's "t" and i'm fairly new to this place.  so i figured i'd pop in here right quick and introduce myself. i'm a musician/composer who's trying to find some freelance work and/or an independent project to work on, and also to build professional relationships with filmmakers, directors, producers, and all other kind of fancy industry folk.  so just in case you, or someone you know, is currently looking for music for any kind of project, check out my profile, listen to some stuff on my web site (www.flatnosemusic.com/scoring_index.html), and if you hear anything you like... hey, why not holla at me and see if we can work something out?  i'd love to hear from ya.

thanx so much for your time and have a wonderful day,

t

Thanks for the invite, but I am already fully booked for May 17th. I am going to the Business of Art Conference hosted by NYFA (AIGA NY is also holding at art/biz event that day as well) AND NYU is having Alumni Day for my undergraduate class. Good luck with your class.

Wow. You are quite the busy bee Tracy. I am a film
distributor looking for that "Next Big Thing". We have a film
distribution class coming up that might be interesting for your friend
who is producing the "RingWood" Documentary (its funny, I have lived in
Jersey all my life and never heard of the town, so I'm intrigued). I
have some discount press passes left, so if I could put one on the side
for
her if she is interested. It is normally $350, but the press pass
allows someone to register for $75. If she signs up, I am more than
happy to allow you to attend with her free of charge. It'll be a great
opportunity to Network with other filmmakers as well.

Let me know as I DEFINATELY would like to work together on something with you.

Hey Tracy!

Thanks for the Kudos. The age should change, we just put a random number for our company, guarantee I personally am a little bit older. ALWAYS fun to meet another Jerseyite as well! Are you currently making a film right now??
