I was wondering if anyone knows any bands that would be interested in creating a music video. I would prefer the band to be based in Yorkshire as this is where I am based myself, however this is not a issue if they are not.

If anyone could point me in the right direction then it would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan

I have previously done other student films, animations, games, and even an internship with Boston based games company.
Early Deadline, July 1st 2010 Entry Fees: Student $25/Short $30/Feature $35

BOULDER INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL - Voted one of the 25 Coolest Film Festivals by MovieMaker Magazine (Summer 2009).

Our big idea? Combine low entry fees with generous filmmaker hospitality, and open our festival to gifted film artists worldwide. This principle has made the Boulder International Film Festival (BIFF) into one of the most influential young film festivals in the U.S. Over 16,000 filmmakers, national media, special guests and film enthusiasts attended the four-day BIFF 2010.

BIFF has been proud to host and celebrate some of film's most talented artists, including Oscar-nominated actor Alec Baldwin at (three weeks before he hosted the Academy Awards) and Emmy Award-winning actress Blythe Danner at BIFF 2010.

Upon acceptance, we assign a filmmaker liaison to each filmmaker in the Festival and house you at a luxurious hotel, just a few blocks from our main venue - the historic 850-seat Boulder Theater in downtown Boulder. There's great free food, great hospitality, a filmmaker bar, skiing 45 minutes from Boulder, and fantastic parties every night Boulder is beautiful, fun and easy-to-get-to; and you'll have a great time at our forums and parties where you'll get a chance to rub egos with other accomplished filmmakers and stars. Id like to hear more opinions on this subject:

Basically what would be a better option for me considering I live in Connecticut right now.

1. Move to Orlando, go to a community college with a good film program for 2 years, get an associates and try and find an internship. Then possibly go to Uni for a Bachelors for another 2 years and also find an internship in the process.

2. Stay in CT, go to New York Film Academy for a year or two or even just take some workshops and then look for a job in NY, MA, or CT considering they all are good filming states.

Id like to hear any opinions on what would be a better option between film school or regular college/uni
