Hey to everyone here on the Film Makers Network.
I thought I would introduce myself as I have just signed up: My name is Xanda Ried and I am writer and producer from the UK. I started writing when I was 16 for the stage and my first festival show 'Time of Death' not only had a lot of positive reviews but also won 2 awards. I have since gone on to write and produce over 10 shows for the stage and have a lot more scripts waiting to be developed.
While theatre will always be my first love my scripts have generated a lot of interest for film adaption; two of my scripts 'Cry' and 'Little Red' are now in the USA and while 'Cry' may yet return to the UK it is without doubt that 'Little Red' will get the green light before Christmas as we are already receiving offers.
I have a back log of scripts (I don't sleep much and I have a vivid imagination) so if anyone is looking for something to produce then please get in touch; just let me know what genre and I can send you any synopsis for either Short film, Feature film, or TV series; I am sure i will have something for you. (All work is copywrited).
