What's the difference between screenwriter and scriptwriter?

I am a bit confused because I am still learning about this topic. What is the difference between screenwriter and scriptwriter? What is a screenwriter compared to a scriptwriter? Are they one and the same person? Are they two different people?

There is a difference between "screenwriter" and "scriptwriter". The first one, the "screenwriter" writes for "the screen". Meaning, he writes for television and cinema. The second one, the "scriptwriter" can write for the "screens" but also writes for other purpose as well such as computer games.
