Undiscovered Talent Websites?

Hi Guys,

I'm pretty new to this, but I am an audio tech and I'm looking for a place to post my resume/reel online where producers and directors can look through undiscovered/student talent. I'm tried, but I haven't had much success yet. I see you can post a classified, but I'm wanting to find a list where they list like crew, actors, and maybe even musician (I'm in a band as well) undiscovered talent. Do you guys know of any good sites?
