This covers the use of the music in a non-commercial (ie not for sale), non-broadcast audio-visual productions for distribution educational establishments (schools and colleges), film festivals, trailers, church productions, personal websites, podcasts and user-generated content aggregators
(ex: Myspace/Youtube/Facebook etc).
