Hi. I use Scrivener. It's avalable for Windows and Mac and help me to collect copies of sources of information, illustration, grapgs, etc.

Celtx is free software quite a few peopel use.

The software is only the tool. Â Make sure you write every day...even if it's only for 15-20 minutes. Â It's a muscle that must be worked out.

This thread seems a little old but I thought I'd 'revive' it somewhat. Â
We use Final Draft, however I've used Celtx in the past (free download) and I also hear good things about Trelby available on the internet to download free. By all accounts these are both user friendly and very efficient screenwriting software - and no, I'm not affiliated in any way with either... just trying to pay forward some handy info.
