Which is the best effect to correct burned images?

One of my biggest challenge is to fix the colors and lightning in photos and especially in videos. I was wondering if there isn't an easier method to do this. I have been using Lightroom but I saw there are many apps and filters that make many tasks seem like a child's play. Any suggestions?

The easier method to do this is to find filters that can be used to your projects...but maybe they won't be what you expect them to be. You could try a color correction in After Effects
