We need a pschyc ward, makeup counter, padded cell?

I'm working on a short film that I plan on sending into Cannes. I have no clue whether or not it will be accepted, but I think it's good enough.

Need to find a (cheap) hospital or med center location in the Los Angeles and/or San Fernando Valley area in December. Any suggestions?
