Looking for a screenplay writer

Hello,
I am a senior film student from Latvia, Baltic Film and Media school.
I have always made my projects based on my own scripts and stories, but it is time to try something new, so I am looking for a screenwriter ( can be a student as well) who would like to work together with me.
What exactly I am looking for is a short story for ~20min movie. I really would like to make is a fairy tale movie for grown ups. Magical, maybe a bit dark.
Or black comedy ( as an example I can give any story of movie '' 4 Rooms'').
Anybody? -
I know this is a late reply. I've never written anything which needed/ had a screentime of 20 minutes, but if you'd like,we could exchange ideas on - narrative, characters, locations etc etc?
