I wonder if you might have to compromise somewhere as films don't usually have manuals to go with them but, maybe you could start a new genre in Filmmaking...Films for the Literate!
Or drop the manual and focus heavily on the visual and audio of the film, alone.
Symbolism, narration...you've been practicing
And, maybe slow down some of your scenes so that the viewer has a bit more time to digest and interpret what's happening.
Otherwise, it appears you have a real treasure box full of ideas and challenges to overcome most of which are already more than done less
