Need showrunner/producer

I'm looking for a producer and production team for a reality series project. I seek a producer who is seasoned in raising funds,  being a showrunner, and securing a full production staff. 

The project is to be a short run series,  five seasons maximum. Minimum scripting. 

The original concept was a  livestreamed reality series,  but since most networks and streaming companies desire taped pilots and episodes,  this initial series will follow their guidelines. 

I have bonding company interested,  but am struggling on the raising of funds. I'm willing to learn as I go during the initial process.
