John’s focus of expertise is in working as a post technical consultant to mid level budget and up independent film and television, developing, implementing and managing the strategy for post production with a focus distribution.
John Sterneman is a two time Emmy and Oscar nominated Post / Finishing / Technical supervisor with 15 years working both in feature film and television production and 7 years of pioneering work in the High Def work flows. He was the Director of HD at iO Films and is a known quantity and resource for HD media R&D at post houses, film companies and software OEM’s nationwide.
Recently, John was contacted about designing and putting together a RED workflow specifically for the Avid DS NITRIS line.Would you be interested in ccoming here and interviewing John? John might also be interested in being a contributor in the pre/post production to distribution subject matter, if you had that interest. We are currently developingg and shooting 2 min web-isodes called "Post Genius" that we will be uploading to out website (in re design) and various socila networking faces.
