About Me
I’m a multi-disciplinary award-winning supervising creative executive and filmmaker. My strengths are ideation, creation and management of systems & procedures, early identification of approaching challenges both creative and logistical, and mitigating risk through team skills and efficiency to service the delivery and distribution pipeline.
A 2018 Emmy nominee for TAINTED DREAMS “ best digital series” I have an award winning short A BOY A MAN AND A KITE (director, writer, producer) currently on the festival circuit. My most current project is a feature doc IN THE SHADOW OF THE FLAG about US military veterans finding emotional peace and a sense of tribe after return to civilian life , the film follows military veterans as they build a major dance piece, inspired by their personal narratives, with LA based dance company Diavolo | Architecture in Motion.
I‘m pursuing intellectually stimulating projects and executive positions where these highly transferable skills can be utilized and translated for mutual success.
As a dual citizen (US/UK) with an irregular cultural background, I’ve worked across both big and small brands, supervised productions in almost every genre and delivered content to premium TV outlets as well as OTT and digital. From content that celebrates food and fashion, to scripted soaps and docus, to feature docs & kids entertainment I’m driven with the same perspective. I’ve been honored to be a part of award winning children’s brands like SESAME STREET, BETWEEN THE LIONS, THE BOOK OF POOH & BEAR IN THE BIG BLUE HOUSE.
A proud member of DGA, PGA and Dramatists Guild, I began media production life in L&G, after a first career in theatre. I worked in almost every department but quickly moved into DGA units as a Stage Manager and 1AD before becoming a producer, director, showrunner. This varied experience provides me a granular understanding of the production process from concept to delivery.
