Every filmmaker has that one shot. The one you sketched out in your head (or in your notebook), and either nailed it perfectly on set… or had to completely change last minute.
What was the shot, and what happened? Share your story! What went right, what went wrong, and what you learned.
When planning your visuals, what’s your process for creating a shot list? Do you start with storyboards, go scene by scene, or build it around emotion and pacing?
